Falun Dafa women's team were awarded the best spiritual prize

On June 27, 2004 - The annual Malaysia-Malacca dragon boat tournament is held in Malacca River. This is the third times we have participated in this activity. The goal of this event is to promote traditional Chinese culture, and it has attracted 15 troops from Malaysia and Singapore, including our men and women teams. This time, we participate in this event under the name of “Falun Dafa”.

Before the events started, our practitioners erected two tents by the river bank. We placed some truth clarifying materials beside the tents and it has attracted the tourists and the locals. Our practitioners gave simple introduction, answering their questions, and also take the opportunity to clarify the truth to them. Besides that, some of our practitioners were also demonstrating the Falun Gong exercises under the tents.

In addition, we prepared many balloons and rulers printed ‘Falun Dafa Is Good’, to be given away to the children. Slowly, our tents were surrounded by children asking for balloons, seems like we were having a estival celebration.

Due to insufficient experience, our man’s team lost the control of the rudder and nearly collided with the river bank during the competition. While the women's team had better coodination and completed the competition cheerfully, hence we were awarded the best spiritual prize!
